About PowerTrip

PowerTrip is a blog which focuses a lens on power – power in politics, the national news media, among elites in both church and state, and the business world. Power wielded for power’s sake is usually against the interests of all. Power that is managed and limited with a purpose can have a multiplier effect which can benefit many. This blog is where power trips are exposed and examined, with insight and clarity, in ways that illuminate the key issues of our times.

Mark Serrano is a leading political and policy strategist, public affairs and digital PR expert, Internet entrepreneur, media commentator, and blogger. He is the CEO of ProActive Communications and VOPED.
